Every piece is shipped carefully packaged to protect the frame, weave and feather from movement in transit. Orders are shipped within the United Kingdom as standard, with international shipping available where offered at checkout.

Returns
Because every piece is one of one, we ask that you consider your purchase carefully before completing checkout. If a piece arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable period of receipt with photographs so we can help.
