When you make an enquiry through our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message content. When you make a purchase, payment and shipping details are collected directly by Stripe, our payment processor, during checkout — we do not store your card details ourselves.

We use this information to respond to enquiries, process and fulfil orders, and handle returns or queries about a purchase. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Payment processing

Purchases are handled through Stripe Checkout or Stripe Payment Links. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how payment information is collected and processed during checkout.
